How We Do It?
Community is an essential factor that can affect our growth. Be it physical, emotional, or mental development. Studies have shown that we're the average of all the people we surround ourselves with. Therefore at Women for Change, we aim to create a supportive community that provides a safe space, a sense of belonging, and a support system for Indonesian women who are looking to create and manifest the life of their dreams. Whatever that dream life looks like.
for those who likes to talk
A women’s sharing session offers a safe and gentle space for women of all ages and backgrounds to come together, share, use their voices, be heard and be seen. Women throughout history have gathered to empower each other and share wisdom. These affirming community gatherings help women get in touch with their feminine strength and turn up their positive vibration.
for those who likes to move
Soul Dance is an opportunity for you to connect and be present with yourself in a non-judgemental and healthy space, through a dynamic form of meditation that's dancing. Through Soul Dance, we'd like to empower people of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds to freely express themselves. It’s not about the way the movement looks. It’s about how it feels, and therefore, you are encouraged to move however you wish.

"I didn't' grow up with the perfect health nor confidence in my own body. Since I was a child, I often plagued with diseases. From chronic bronchitis, weight problems, food intolerance, allergy, adult acne, and even scoliosis. I also used to wish that I could have a different skin colour, height, and even facial features (e.g. the shape of my nose!).
But that changed after I learnt Ayurveda and other healing modalities. I discovered that everyone is amazingly unique in their way.
From that point on, seeing how much it has changed my life to the better, I knew that sharing this wisdom to more lives is my purpose."
